You probably spend more time with the people you work with than you do with your family. Since you spend eight or more hours a day with your coworkers, it is best to have good relationships with them. You want to be able to get along with everyone you work with regardless of his personality type. You also want to establish a good reputation for yourself. In order to accomplish all of this it is helpful to understand personality styles and out-of-esteem behavior to know how to handle difficult individuals.
